Ali Abtahi

Board Member and CEO of HITco

Eng. Ali Abtahi holds an MBA with Marketing concentration from the University of Tehran. Having gained experience from local and international firms in the industrial engineering sector, he joined HITCO Holding in 2013. His career began at the Holding in the position of Sales Specialist at Tamin Darou and progressed through major roles of Head of Marketing, Brand Manager, Foreign Trade Manager, Deputy of Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain Deputy and Deputy CEO of the Group. In 2022, he was appointed CEO of Tamin Darou and led the company through fast growth and establishing itself in Iran's market for cosmetics and personal care through strategic action. On the basis of such success stories, in 2024 Eng. Abtahi was appointed to the Board of Directors of HITCO Holding and subsequently appointed CEO of the Holding.

Maryam Habibi

Vice Chair and CEO of Rasta Imen Darou

Dr. Maryam Habibi earned her Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from Islamic Azad University in 2002. Her early passion for industrial pharmacy led her to begin her professional career in 1999 at Hakim Pharmaceutical Company, even before completing her studies. With over two decades of impactful experience in the pharmaceutical industry, she has contributed to diverse areas including product R&D, quality control, quality assurance, and regulatory affairs. This broad professional journey has provided her with in-depth expertise in contract manufacturing management, licensed production, and technology transfer. Since 2019, Dr. Habibi has been collaborating with HITCO Holding and in 2022 she was appointed as the CEO of Rasta Imen Darou. With a strong focus on innovation, continuous enhancement of quality standards, and expansion of international collaborations, she plays a pivotal role in advancing the strategic objectives of the Holding.

Saeed Maleknia

Board Member and CEO of Tamin Darou Tehran

Eng. Saeed Maleknia earned a Biomedical Engineering bachelor's degree from Amirkabir University of Technology. He began his professional career in 2010 as Head of Nationwide Sales at Tamin Darou. He served as the representative of GUM in Iran for six years, his success paving the way for senior managerial roles at HITCO Holding. He subsequently served as CEO of Tamin Darou Tehran in the cosmetics and personal care business and CEO of Exon Salamat Tamin, where he oversaw centralized sales and marketing of the Holding's entire portfolio of medicines and nutritionals. Again appointed in 2024 as the CEO of Tamin Darou Tehran, he was selected on account of his all-around experience, visionary market strategy and efficient executive leadership. Maleknia is one of the lead creators of HITCO Holding's management framework.

Mohsen Babaei

Board Member and CEO of Tamin Pharmed Tehran

Dr. Mohsen Babaee obtained his Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering from Tarbiat Modares University, gaining the 14th rank nationwide on the doctorate entrance exam and being one of the renowned graduates in his discipline. He began his professional career in the pharmaceutical distribution sector, holding positions at Alborz Distribution Company for four years as Central Warehouses Manager and Planning Manager. He then held a position at Darou Pakhsh Distribution Company for three years as Deputy of Logistics, where he made significant contributions towards enhancing supply chain performance. Dr. Babaee joined HITCO Holding in 2020 and in 2021 he was appointed CEO of Tamin Pharmed Tehran. With long-term experience in supply chain management, operating planning and distribution optimization, he has developed into one of the most critical executives in the pharmaceutical industry, driving efficiency gains and improving the responsiveness of HITCO Holding within the dynamic Iranian pharmaceutical market.
