Ali Babaie, received B.S. in computer software engineering from Ghazvin Azad University (one of the well reputed universities of Iran in the field of Information Technology, Computer Science and Programming), while continued learning by completing MBA advanced course in an American University in 2010, followed by a PhD degree in entrepreneurship in 2013, also from a well-reputed American University..

His PhD thesis topic is around the assessment of negotiation impact on entrepreneurship.

Eng. Ali Abtahi holds an MBA with Marketing concentration from the University of Tehran. Having gained experience from local and international firms in the industrial engineering sector, he joined HITCO Holding in 2013. His career began at the Holding in the position of Sales Specialist at Tamin Darou and progressed through major roles of Head of Marketing, Brand Manager, Foreign Trade Manager, Deputy of Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain Deputy and Deputy CEO of the Group. In 2022, he was appointed CEO of Tamin Darou and led the company through fast growth and establishing itself in Iran's market for cosmetics and personal care through strategic action. On the basis of such success stories, in 2024 Eng. Abtahi was appointed to the Board of Directors of HITCO Holding and subsequently appointed CEO of the Holding.

Saeed Maleknia

Mr. Saeed Maleknia is a biomedical engineering graduate from Amirkabir University of Technology. He began his professional career in 2010 (1389) as the National Distribution Sales Supervisor at Mehrgostar Tamin Darou Company. Mr. Maleknia served for six years as the representative of the international oral care brand GUM in Iran, achieving notable success in this field. These accomplishments paved the way for his advancement to higher management positions within the Holding. He subsequently assumed the role of CEO at Tamin Darou Tehran, overseeing the cosmetics and personal care division, and later was appointed CEO of Exxon Salamat Tamin. In this position, he was responsible for managing the sales and marketing of all pharmaceutical, nutritional, and sports supplement products across the Holding in a centralized manner. In 2024 (1403), he was once again entrusted with the position of CEO of Tamin Darou Tehran. His multidimensional experience, strategic market approach, and strong executive leadership have made Mr. Maleknia one of the most influential and key figures in the management structure of Salamat Investment Holding.

Maryam Habibi

Dr. Maryam Habibi received her Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from Islamic Azad University in 2002 (1381 in the Persian calendar). Her early interest in the field of industrial pharmacy led her to begin her professional career in 1999 (1378), even before completing her studies, at Hakim Pharmaceutical Company. With over two decades of impactful presence in the pharmaceutical industry, Dr. Habibi has played key roles across various domains, including product research and development, quality control, quality assurance, and regulatory affairs. This extensive career path has provided her with deep, hands-on experience in contract manufacturing management, licensed production, and technology transfer. Dr. Habibi joined Salamat Investment Holding in 2019 (1398) and was appointed CEO of Rasta Imen Darou in 2022 (1401). With a strong focus on innovation, continuous quality improvement, and the expansion of international partnerships, she plays a pivotal role in advancing the strategic goals of the Holding.

Dr. Mohsen Babaei holds a Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering from Tarbiat Modares University and is recognized as a distinguished graduate in his field, having ranked 14th nationwide in the Ph.D. entrance exam. Dr. Babaei began his professional career in the pharmaceutical distribution industry, spending four years at Alborz Distribution Company in key roles such as Central Warehouse Manager and Planning Manager. He then served for three years as Deputy Logistics Director at DaruPakhsh Distribution Company, where he played a pivotal role in improving supply chain performance. He joined Salamat Investment Holding in 2020 (1399) and was appointed CEO of Tamin Pharmed Tehran in 2021 (1400). Dr. Babaei’s extensive experience in supply chain management, operational planning, and distribution optimization has made him one of the key and influential executives in the pharmaceutical industry. His contributions have significantly enhanced the efficiency and responsiveness of Salamat Investment Holding in the highly competitive landscape of Iran’s pharmaceutical market.
