HITCO Holding has prosperously managed to establish 5 new subsidiaries titled as Kiara Zist Pharmed, Pishtaz Tamin Darou, Salamat Hooshmand Arya, Darou Behboud Tamin and Shetab Dahandeh Dana, during the last year.
Each mentioned entity, was founded with a pre-specified purpose, addressing unique needs of the health care community.
Kiara Zist Pharmed:
Merged in 2022, specialized in formulation and development of cosmeceutical products, which are peptide based. This entity will be dedicated to expand the LAGUNA bard portfolio.
Pishtaz Tamin Darou:
PTD was established with the aim of developing, formulating and supplying APIs (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients) locally, by recruiting of expert individuals. The overall vision is to reduce the dependency of the country’s pharmaceutical industry to the foreign suppliers, in terms of APIs.
Salamat Hooshmand Arya:
This company, has been developed with the objective of revolutionizing the pharmaceutical and medical device distribution framework, through smart planning of supply, forecast and advanced infrastructure, leveraging analytical capacities.
Darou Behboud Tamin:
DBT activities will mainly revolve around providing special Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs), which require complex, intelligent and advance machineries and industrial capacities.
Shetab Dahandeh Dana:
Founded as an innovative start-up, within pharmaceutical rare products area, which accelerates the production of biotech agents such as recombinants and chemical based therapeutic molecules, which third party entities intend to produce.
