After signing a cooperation and licensed production contract and with the consultation of the experts of that company, alongside utilizing the skills and experiences of local specialists and using domestic machinery and equipment, Farzanegan Kish established a production line for veterinary pharmaceutical solutions.
Currently, Farzanegan Kish is striving to increase the country’s economic productivity in the livestock and poultry industry and enhance the health of animal products. This will also lead to saving resources and also the possibility of exporting its products to neighboring countries, all while achieving this by gaining technical knowledge and indigenization of the production of quality pharmaceutical products.

Novin Darou Zist Fanavar Haraz
The Novin Darou Center was established in Amol in 2017 by young scientists from the Pasteur Institute of Iran to produce blood plasma derivatives for the treatment of patients.
Worth to mention that, the Novin Darou Plasma Donation Center, as a knowledge-based enterprise, operates under the supervision of the scientific members of the Pasteur Institute of Iran.
It is licensed by the Food and Drug Administration of the Ministry of Health to collect blood plasma in Amol city.

In the same year, she was selected as one of the top 10 women entrepreneurs in Iran.
Meanwhile, Dr. Hadavandi has been involved in vaccine production since 2018 in pharmaceutical companies and after completing professional training courses abroad, she immensely contributed to the COVID vaccine projects in vaccine-producing companies.

Cara Yakhteh Tajhiz Azma Company
Car T Cell therapy is a type of gene therapy based on instructing immune cells (T cells) of cancer patients using laboratory-made viruses.
In this process, the CAR (Chimeric Antigen Receptor) gene is transferred to these cells by the virus. As a result, these armed cells are equipped to identify and eliminate cancer cells.
These armed T cells are called CAR T cells.

The governance of these companies, which are mainly knowledge-based, depends on a multiple complex variables, since the objective of these companies, in essence, is to accelerate the transformation of an academic, theoretical or a knowledge concept into a technological asset or an economical value.
In order to implement an efficient governance framework, a dedicated line, under the title of “ Biological Oriented Group of Companies ” was established and an experienced director, Dr. Pejman Shirazian, was appointed to govern all the relevant affairs, under the title of the vice president of the biological companies.
Dr. Pejman Shirazian is a graduate of direct PhD of Biotechnology, from the University of Tehran.
His prominent talent was manifested in 2006, when he succeeded to attain the national gold medal of Chemistry Olympiad.
The pinnacle of his professional career commenced at 2015 (and continues), when was appointed as the executive director of the HPV recombinant vaccine research team, in the Noyan Biopharma Institution.
Since he has been actively contributing to the biotechnological progress of multiple key organizations and has acted as the scientific director of the Actotech accelerator for a duration of 2 years, as well as the executive director of the Behnoud Pharmed Alborz Holding for 3 years, while being engaged in development of more than 20 knowledge-based organizations, due to the membership in board of directors the Behnoud Pharmed.
It is expected that this line of the Group, to grow and expand in near future, under the supervision of Dr. Pejman Shirazian.
